MBP Connections is a collaboration between the Mentoring Partnership of Minnesota and the Minnesota Business Partnership to increase the number of Minnesota youth involved in a positive mentoring relationship with employees of MBP member companies and the broader business community. The program has grown from an initial pilot project involving six MBP member companies to an initiative that includes 70 companies with at least 9,500 employees reaching more than 27,000 young people across Minnesota.
