The Minnesota Business Partnership is committed to using its collective resources, capital, and standing in the Minnesota community to raise the dialogue and make an impact to address racial inequity in Minnesota and within its members’ respective workplaces. The MBP recognizes its efforts as a continuation of a history to address racial disparities and rebuild a more equitable future for Minnesota’s Black community.

The MBP has recognized Employment, Economic Development, Public Safety, and Education as the focus areas in which it can best invest time, resources, capital, and voice to advance racial equity in collaboration with Minnesota’s Black community over the coming years. As a collective effort, the MBP will identify specific actions by which it can make tangible change and provide economic opportunity within its members’ workplaces and within the Minnesota community.
